This week, our students met a new friend—

Kate the Cat

This story, created with the help of AI, was both fun and meaningful. It focused on practicing long vowel sounds (A, E, I, O, U).

Students practiced reading words such as

mule, snake, and bee,

helping them better understand how and when to use long vowels.

It was wonderful to see how quickly students learned and

built their confidence as they read through the story.

In the story, Kate the Cat happily met new friends—

and in the classroom, students happily became friends with English too!
